Most People Miss It

If we want to be writers, we have to sit down and write. That’s such a simple truth, yet most people miss it.

Oh, we understand it on an intellectual level but we’re not living it. For some reason (Resistance), we complicate matters. We pile on layers of stuff that we don’t really need to become successful authors. (Is it really necessary to be active on every social media platform?)

What would happen if we stopped agonizing over all the extra stuff and instead, allowed ourselves to relax and enjoy the writing?
