I’m often asked how I manage to get so much done. I have only one strategy and it works every single time.
Each night, I sit down and write out 6 goal-achieving activities for the next day. I list them in order of importance, and in the morning I start with number one and go down through the list.
This is not a todo list. It’s not about picking up the groceries, or calling the orthodontist. It’s about taking practical steps toward achieving your goal.
