Creating a new habit takes at least 90 days. Today is the 90th day for this daily blog but it isn’t yet a habit. Writing a post every day isn’t as challenging as it was when I started, but it isn’t yet automatic. Habits, you’ll remember, are the things we do without thinking. They’re our autopilot.
Since daily blogging isn’t yet automatic, the clock starts again. Another 90 days.
